Newry Mourne and Down District Council wish to deploy a modular, floating pontoon system in the Quoile Estuary at Delamont Country Park as part of the annual Skiffie Festival held between 9th to 11th August 2024.

Project Description: The pontoon system will comprise of Aquadock blocks held in place by delta anchors. The pontoon is intended to provide access for skiffies, event safety craft and other small non-motorised craft. The course is 1km long with the same course used annually.
