Accessibility Statement - IFG Enforcement Mobile Application
This accessibility statement applies to the IFG Enforcement Mobile Application.
DAERA is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards.
The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) defines requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. It defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA. IFG Enforcement Mobile Application is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 level AA. Partially conformant means that some parts of the content do not fully conform to the accessibility standard.
How accessible this application is
IFG Enforcement Mobile Application is designed to be compatible with the following OS versions:

Despite our best efforts to ensure accessibility of IFG Enforcement Mobile Application there may be some limitations. We know some parts of this mobile application which are not fully accessible:
- Some menu options do not have text headers
- datepicker functionality cannot be accessed when using native accessibility settings, so dates must be entered manually
- Some heading elements could have size increased
- Some fields should be stated as required
- Some fields have poor colour contrast
- Application does not provide a zoom option (this can be done using phone settings)
- Font colour and size cannot be changed by the user
- Some buttons do not have sufficient descriptions
- Some text formats should be specified

- Some heading elements could have size increased to indicate a section. Required fields could be updated so they appear red on first search. (WCAG 2.1, Level A, 1.3.1)
- Some fields have poor colour contrast (WCAG 2.1, Level AA, 1.4.3)
